An antireflective structure having a higher antireflective effect compared with those of conventional antireflective structures can be produced by a simple process. The antireflective structure (10) involves multiple concave parts (2a) each having multiple convex parts (1a) formed on the surface thereof, wherein the pitches between the multiple convex parts (1a) and the pitches between the multiple concave parts (2a) are smaller than the wavelength of light that falls on the antireflective structure (10).
