The present invention relates to an RFID inlay which comprises: an antenna layer including a base material and an antenna; and an IC chip layer including an IC chip that is connected to the antenna layer and protrudes onto the upper part of the antenna layer, and a photo-curable resin layer covering the protruding IC chip. According to the RFID inlay of the present invention, an IC chip or a connection part between the IC chip and an antenna can be prevented from being damaged during the manufacturing process or during use, and the RFID inlay has excellent thermal resistance and adhesive strength between layers while the curling phenomenon does not occur. A card including the RFID inlay of the present invention has excellent pressure resistance and thermal resistance.
