FOOD MATERIAL MANAGEMENT AND ORDER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material management and order system having a function which can appropriately manage, order and secure food materials with sufficient service.SOLUTION: In the system, a television 101 corresponding to digital terrestrial broadcasting which is connected to respective food material retail store terminals 102-1 to 102-3 via a network NW 104 to perform data communication is connected to an intelligent refrigerator 103 to perform data communication. Based on a result of comparing recipe information including food material information necessary for a dish received by a recipe data receiving part 101a in the television 101 with stock information of food materials owned in the refrigerator 103 which is obtained by a stock information registration part 103b in the refrigerator 103 and residue information obtained by a residue information calculation/registration part 103d, an order data calculation/processing part 101b in the television 101 appropriately investigates necessary food materials, creates optimum order data and orders the order data to the terminals 102-1 to 102-3 via the NW 104.
