PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a polymer electrolyte fuel cell having high cell voltage in a high current density region and high maximum output density.SOLUTION: In this membrane-electrode assembly, the intensity ratio of a crystal peak to be measured with the wide-angle X-ray diffraction of polymer electrolyte in a catalyst layer, to an amorphism peak is in a range of 1.09-1.19. The polymer electrolyte fuel cell equipped with the membrane-electrode assembly is supplied. |
