PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device of a vehicle capable of performing proper transmission in accordance with the traveling state of an own vehicle or a change of a traveling environment outside the vehicle.SOLUTION: The information transmission device of the vehicle transmits information to a front object by the use of irradiation transmission processing means (S6, S9, S12, S15, S17) that set up signal information on irradiation light irradiated forward of the own vehicle and an irradiation lamp that irradiates the irradiation light set up with the signal information from the own vehicle toward a receiving part of the front object. The device includes: traveling state recognition means (S2, S3) recognizing the traveling state of the own vehicle or the traveling environment outside the vehicle; and irradiation direction control means (S7, S9, S13, S16) controlling the irradiation direction of the irradiated light based on the traveling state of the own vehicle or the traveling environment outside the vehicle. |
