PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening/closing device of loading space for vehicle preventing the opening/closing of a door from having any effect on the ceiling of the loading space.SOLUTION: A door installation frame 81 is disposed in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction on the upper side of the side portion of the loading space. A pair of guide rails 70 are disposed in the vertical direction below the door installation frame 81. The door 60 is constituted with an upper door 61 and a lower door 62. The lower end of the upper door 61 and the upper end of the lower door 62 are connected by a door rotating member 78. The upper end of the upper door 61 is attached to the door installation frame 81 via a body rotating member 79. An arm 73 is provided on the lower end on the reverse surface side of the lower door 62. The end portion of the arm 73 has a roller 73a sliding along the guide rail 70. An opening/closing driving source 75 moving back and forth is provided below the door installation frame 81 and the vehicle inside of the guide rail 70. The movable end of the opening/closing driving source 75 is attached to the reverse surface of the upper door 61 via a rotation fulcrum 77a.
