PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a corrugated heating element which uses a self-supporting type fixed corrugated packing material for at least a part of the corrugated heating element, as well as a corrugated heating element.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a corrugated heating element uses the self-supporting type fixed corrugated packing material which has a starting point for forming corrugations whose complete restoration to their original state are inhibited by a spring back through the operation to alternately repeat the formation of a normal material region and an abnormal material region in at least a single direction. At the same time, the method uses a device for manufacturing a heating composition molded form. Further, at least the self-supporting fixed corrugated packing material is selected for a base material or a covering material. Also, the corrugated heating element manufacturing method for manufacturing a corrugated heating element and the corrugated heating element are provided. |
