PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting photosynthesis in a turf grass clump in high accuracy.SOLUTION: The method for predicting photosynthesis in a turf grass clump includes: a step for obtaining weather data in which weather data around the turf grass clump are obtained; a step for setting the environment for the turf grass clump in which respective data regarding the shape of the turf grass clump, leaf properties and soil properties are settled; a step for calculating the irradiation environment in which a part upper than the ground for the turf grass clump is divided into a plurality of layers in a vertical direction to calculate the environment for light irradiation in the respective layers of the turf grass clump based on the respective data in the step for obtaining weather data and the step for setting the environment for the turf grass clump; a step for calculating layer elements in which leaf stomatal conductance, foliar boundary layer conductance, sensible heat flux and latent heat flux with respect to each of the layers when the leaf temperature of each of the layers and the ground temperature turn into a temperature corresponding to the irradiation environment; and a step for calculating the photosynthesis amount in which the photosynthesis amount in each of the respective layers is calculated based on the calculated results in the step for calculating the irradiation environment and the step for calculating layer elements. |
