PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a refrigerant tank including 0.2% yield strength higher than phosphorous deoxidized copper even in a heated and annealed state due to welding, brazing or spinning by a raw material having corrosion resistance in an outdoor environment equal to austenitic stainless steel.SOLUTION: A ferritic stainless steel pipe of respectively adding 0.2 mass% or more of Cu and Nb is used as the raw material of the refrigerant tank for a gas heat pump formed by carrying out diameter reduction working of an end of a steel pipe by spinning, and joining another component to the end by welding or brazing.
