PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that can provide business form data to a user device upon receiving an upload request for uploading the business form data to a management server from the user device, even when the size of the business form data exceeds the uploadable size.SOLUTION: A business form production apparatus device 102, upon receiving a business form data production request and an upload request for the business form data from a client apparatus 101, produces the business form data, and decides whether or not the size of the business form data exceeds a threshold value. The business form production apparatus 102 uploads the business form data to a cloud platform 103 when the size of the business form data is not more than the threshold value. The business form production apparatus 102 performs a notification to prompt the client apparatus 101 to download the business form data when the size of the business form data exceeds the threshold value. |
