<p>The device for tempering tube bundle reactors (100) for catalytic reactions by a tempering gas, comprises a gas supply, a heating device and a conveying device for the tempering gas, an elastic intermediate piece for connecting a heat carrier inlet (138) and/or a heat carrier outlet (137) of a heat carrier chamber (102) by two connection lines, a device for cooling the tempering gas, and a device for controlling the temperature and the pressure of the tempering gas. The tube bundle reactor comprises a catalyst room. The device for tempering tube bundle reactors (100) for catalytic reactions by a tempering gas, comprises a gas supply, a heating device and a conveying device for the tempering gas, an elastic intermediate piece for connecting a heat carrier inlet (138) and/or a heat carrier outlet (137) of a heat carrier chamber (102) by two connection lines, a device for cooling the tempering gas, and a device for controlling the temperature and the pressure of the tempering gas. The tube bundle reactor comprises a catalyst room and the heat carrier chamber adjacent to the catalyst room and separated from the catalyst room. The tempering device is introduced, by flow connection, into the heat carrier chamber having the heat carrier inlet and the heat carrier outlet. The tempering gas circulates between the tempering device and the heat carrier chamber. The cooling device is arranged to inject water directly into the circulating tempering gas. The gas supply is a compressed gas supply (125), which comprises a compressor, where the compressed gas has a pressure of 10-30 bar. The tempering device is mounted on a transportable frame. The elastic intermediate pieces have an adjustable strain relief for receiving inner pressure forces. The tempering gas contains air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water vapor and/or its mixture. An independent claim is included for a method for tempering tube bundle reactors for catalytic reactions by a tempering gas.</p> |
