<p>Procedure for mixing polyester with etching material, comprises: (a) providing polyester, preferably polyethylene terephthalate; (b) drying the polyester; (c) mixing the dried polyester with the etching material; and (d) heating the polyester mixed with the etching material, in three temperature steps (4a, 4b, 4c) and the heating step is dependent on the course of the reaction (reaction between polyethylene terephthalate and polyester). An independent claim is also included for a reactor for carrying out the mixing of polyester with etching material, comprising a twin-screw mixer for heating and mixing the mixture of polyester and etching material, mutually-sweeping screw shafts rotating in the same direction, and a saw tooth tread design for the screw shafts of the mixing screw, provided with a helical pitch of about 100 mm.</p> |
