摘要 <p>Producing vesicles comprises (a) providing a first fluid (1), which contains at least an amphiphilic substance, (b) passing the first fluid by at least a pore of a first side of a porous material, preferably a membrane (78) to a second side of the porous material, (c) forming at least a drop from the first fluid at the second side of the porous material, and (d) forming at least a vesicle by separation, preferably shearing the drop by passing a second fluid (2) at the second side of the porous material. Producing vesicles comprises (a) providing a first fluid (1), which contains at least an amphiphilic substance, (b) passing the first fluid by at least a pore of a first side of a porous material, preferably a membrane (78) to a second side of the porous material, (c) forming at least a drop from the first fluid at the second side of the porous material, and (d) forming at least a vesicle by separation, preferably shearing the drop by passing a second fluid (2) at the second side of the porous material, where the chemical composition of the second fluid is different from the chemical composition the first fluid. Independent claims are included for: (1) a composition comprising a carrier fluid and the vesicle, where the chemical composition of the vesicle is different from the chemical composition of the carrier fluid, preferably the vesicles contain at least an ingredient in a first concentration and the carrier fluid contains the ingredient in a second concentration, which is different from the first concentration, preferably less than the first concentration, more preferably less than 80% (preferably less than 30%) of the first concentration, where the pH values in the inner areas of the vesicle and in the carrier fluid are substantially equal; and (2) a device for producing the vesicles or the composition comprising the porous material, preferably a membrane and/or a receptacle for the porous material comprising the first and second side and at least a pore, which extends from the first side to the second side, a first fluid chamber to supply the first fluid at the first side of the porous material, and a second fluid chamber for passing the second fluid at the second side of the porous material, where at least a dimension of the second fluid chamber is adjusted by a movement of at least a surface limiting the second fluid chamber relative to the second side, preferably at least a dimension of the second fluid chamber in the area of the second side and substantially perpendicular to the second side, preferably the width of a gap of the second fluid chamber in the area of the second side, and a means for pressurizing the first fluid and/or the second fluid and/or the porous material with mechanical vibrations and/or waves, contain a tube resonator, a piezoelectric film, an unbalanced producer and/or an electromagnet.
