The book has an electronic audio circuit provided with a keypad (14), and a back cover i.e. rear part, including a core i.e. central sheet, made of light soft material i.e. foam rubber, of considerable thickness in which a hollow of a shape and dimensions is provided for holding the electronic audio circuit. The hollow is closed by two sheets of cardboard (15). One of the sheets of the cardboard presents a rectangular long window (13) providing direct access to the keypad. The sheets of the cardboard covering inside and outside surfaces of the back cover are smaller than the core.
