<p>A system (200) for painting a plurality of articles (205). The system (200) comprising a painting chamber (208) within which one or more articles (205) are painted. The curing chamber 9212) is provided within which painted articles (205) may be cured subsequent to their painting. A drive assisted conveying means (238) sequentially conveys individual articles (205) in a first orientation through the painting chamber (208). A second conveying means (224) which is independent of the drive assisted conveying means (228) conveys painted articles (205) into the curing chamber (212). The curing chamber (212) is configured to recieve the painted articles (205) in a second different orientation of that of the first orientation and to provide for a batch curing of two or more articles (205). < Figure 2></p> |
