PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic boom of a working vehicle capable of performing easily the repair and maintenance of the internal structure and reducing the cost of such operations. SOLUTION: A boom expanding/contracting cylinder 52 is structured so that a cylinder tube 52a is mounted on a second boom 31b and a piston rod 52b is mounted on a first boom 31a. Under the boom expanding/contracting cylinder 52, a guide member 32 whose one end is attached to a third boom 31c and in which a roller R<SB>1</SB>installed on the other end can roll on the internal circumferential undersurface of a boom body 31 is provided extending approximately parallel with the axis AX of the boom body 31. In such a condition as protected by two protective guide members 36 and 37, a line-form member 52 is provided extending from the side with a runner 10 of the boom body 31 toward a working table 40 within the region below the boom expanding/contracting cylinder 52 inside the boom body 31.
