PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-sealed vibration-proof device for suppressing abnormal noise-generated in a vehicle and the like. SOLUTION: The liquid-sealed vibration-proof device comprises connection metal-fittings 12 for connecting a vibration-isolation device 1 to a vehicle-body and a power-plant respectively, a case 2, a rubber elastomer 13 which elastically connects the connection metal fittings 12 and the case 2, and has an upwardly opening upside so as to relatively displace by elastic deformation the connection metal 12 and the case 2, an elastic diaphragm 40 for covering the opening of the rubber elastomer 13 to form a liquid chamber 33, an orifice board 31 placed between the diaphragm 40 and an open end of the rubber elastic-body 13 so as to mark off the liquid chamber 33 into a pressure-receiving chamber 33a and an balancing chamber 33b, an orifice path 34 for connecting the pressure-receiving chamber 33a to the balancing chamber 33b, and a movable sheet 35 placed in the inside space of the orifice board 31. On the lower face of the orifice board 31, an inside projection 61 is provided which is projected downward so as to be brought into contact with the inside periphery of the rubber elastic-body 13.
