PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a setting range of maneuverability on a movable side. SOLUTION: A shock absorber is a door closer pull-in unit 7 disposed between a guide rail and an inner rail 13 to buffer the rectilinear travel of a sliding door with respect to an opening of a house. The door closer drawing-in unit 7 has: first and second connecting boards movable relatively to a housing 19 attached to an opening while being engaged with a connecting bar of an inner rail 13; and a linear damper 25 and a rotary damper 27 disposed between the housing 19 and the first and second connecting boards to buffer the traveling of the first and second connecting boards. In the middle of the traveling of the first and second connecting boards, the second connecting boards are removed from the connecting bar on the inner rail 13 side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
