The radial roller bearing (1) has the measurements of its bearing rings (2, 4), its solid cylindrical rollers (6) and its hollow rollers (8) such that in the unfitted state, the solid rollers and the greater-outer-diameter hollow rollers initially have a defined radial bearing clearance which is minimized on fitting as the necessary pre-tension is applied to the hollow rollers.
