The device (12) has contact screws (13a, 13b) screwed into a flat cable (1) and provided for high power current strands that extend parallel and offset from one another in a plane. The contact screws are arranged such that contact screws contact two sides of a conductor (3) of the current strands, respectively, when the flat cable is connected. The contact screws respectively comprise threads such that the conductor is laterally clamped with the threads by the contact screws. A socket made of glass or ceramics is provided for a metal threaded block. An independent claim is also included for an installation kit for an electrical installation. |
