The device has a chronometer which is formed for electronic supply of date and time. An analog or digital transducer is provided for digitalization of the electrical signal generated from a light detector. An arithmetic unit is determined for a sequence of time slots. A counting device controlled by the arithmetic unit, which is formed as forward or backward counter integrated between two final values. A Global positioning system (GPS)receiver is provided with an interface for electronic position display in data storage.
