<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin model including all of dendritic cells involved in skin immunity, epidermal cell-keratinizing cells involved in skin barrier function and skin immunity and fibroblasts constituting corium, enabling allergy sensitizing potential to be rated under conditions nearer to living body, constructible in a shorter period, and usable in simpler allergy sensitizing potential in vitro rating methods, and to provide such an in vitro rating method and rating kit each having the above-mentioned advantages. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensionally cultured human skin model includes (A) a fibroblast-containing substrate layer, (B) a dendritic cell-containing substrate layer and (C) an epidermal cell-keratinizing cell layer, in this order from the bottom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
