PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely acquire traffic information presented dynamically, and to execute dynamic route search. SOLUTION: The highest order of priority is given to traffic information data of an area including the present position of a vehicle 50 acquired by a navigation device 20, in traffic information data of a plurality of areas transmitted through a conveyance wave having a prescribed frequency received by a receiving device 10. Furthermore, the higher order of priority is given to traffic information data of an area having the shorter distance from the present position, and the traffic information data to which the higher order of priority is given are transferred preferentially to the navigation device 20.
