Plant comprises a body, which is covered with a removable lid, an inlet port, an outlet port and a package of circular permanent magnets (10). An upwardly open inner body (7) is attached in the middle portion of an outer body (1) and a preliminary, circular flow chamber is present between them, which are connected to the lower portion of an inflow pipe (5) and an outflow pipe (6), where the ratio of the diameter of the inflow pipe and the diameter of the outer body is 0.25-0.35. A skeletal structure including an assembly of magnets is mounted on the outer surface of the inner body.
