FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, and can be used for obesity treatment. An orifice system comprises an implanted orifice, an implanted port connected to the orifice and accommodating a working fluid to action on an orifice size; and a pressure sensor system measuring pressure of said working fluid and pressure measurement data transmission to an external monitor. Working fluid pressure is proportional to a degree of the formed orifice. The pressure sensor system comprises a pressure sensor integrated in a body of said implanted port connected with said working fluid. The pressure sensor system comprises a mechanically deformable surface in liquid contact with said working fluid. The surface is deformable proportionally to pressure of said working fluid.
