FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: motor generator includes: motor (21), generator (22), lower shield (25), casing (17), the first fixed handle (118), the second fixed handle (119), pulling handle (125). On lower shield (25) there installed is motor (21), generator (22), axle of wheel pair (113), left and right wheels (31, 32). Generator (22) is brought into action with motor (21). The first and the second fixed handles (118) are installed on opposite side of casing (17) and parallel to axle of wheel pair (113). Pull handle (125) is installed on outer side of casing (17). Pull handle (125) can be turned vertically relative to the second fixed handle (119). Pull handle (125) includes support axis (131), left and right turning levers (191, 192) and movable handle (132). Support axis (131) is installed coaxially inside the second fixed handle (119). Turning levers (191, 192) are installed with possibility of vertical turn on support axle (131).
