摘要 FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: when realising the method, a given amount of protein and a luminescent probe are added to the analysed solution, deoxygenated and the obtained solution is exposed to a pulsed light source. Luminescent-kinetic characteristics of the output phosphorescence probe are determined and then compared with luminescent-kinetic characteristics of a reference aqueous solution prepared beforehand. Presence of heavy metals in the analysed solution is determined from the change in intensity and mean life of phosphorescence of the luminescent probe.
