FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: on a track section individual prefabricated concrete boards (8, 11-16) have larger longitudinal length compared to transverse one. Concrete boards are arranged on a bearing layer, are balanced in a previously identified position and are filled with a filling mass in this position. The track section has a point (1) with the main part (6) and the end part (7), along which the main track (4) passes, and at least one branched track (5). In the area of the point (1) the prefabricated concrete boards (11-16) are laid in longitudinal and transverse directions. On each prefabricated concrete board (11-16) there is the main track (4) and the branched track (5). The method to manufacture prefabricated concrete boards (11-16) for the point (1) in the track section consists in the fact that each prefabricated concrete board (8, 11-16) is concreted in the same curb. The curb has a foundation with a size for a determined maximum size of prefabricated concrete boards (11-16). To make individual prefabricated concrete boards that are inbuilt in longitudinal and transverse directions (11-16) of the point (1), the size of the curb base is reduced by fixation of the curb walls on the curb foundation. ^ EFFECT: prefabricated concrete boards may be easily and quickly made, and possibility to create an individual configuration of a point. ^ 19 cl, 6 dwg |
