FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to apparatuses and methods for treating skin defects. The apparatus comprises an active bell-shaped tip accommodating an electrode supplied by a capacitor system, a reference tip, a vacuum generator, a logic unit connected to the active tip by a pneumatic channel and controlling the vacuum generator and the capacitor system. The electrode has a dielectric-coated internal conducting component contacting with skin tissue. A method of treating consists in using the apparatus. Periodic bell-shaped tip displacement is performed until observing redness of said region, while a patient exposed to treatment holds the reference tip. The manipulations are repeated for a time required for skin defect treatment. ^ EFFECT: use of the invention allows improving skin elasticity and microcirculation. ^ 11 cl, 2 dwg |
