FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed set of invention relates to filling machine to produce food product from fluid product (versions) and method of producing food product from fluid product namely, from chocolate. Proposed filler comprises intake tank to receive fluid material and multiple nozzles hydraulically communicated with intake tank inner chamber. Note here that nozzles have bore or taper with its section or flow section varying. Note also that nozzle is from flexible elastic material, in particular, elastomer material.
