A method for renewal of base of complete removable prosthetic appliance comprises the determination of height of bite, closenesses of teeth closing, exposure and polishing of area of the enhanceable stamping of base on subject to the tissue, all surface of imprint and edges of base of prosthetic appliance. At first a central occlusion is determined and fixed, the model of opposite dental row is made, which together with working prosthetic appliance is plastered in occluding device in the position of central occlusion, further every tooth of dental row is consistently contoured in union with a base disconnected with the simultaneous filling of interval with solid beeswax for maintenance of this previous position, working prosthetic appliance is corrected in the cavity of mouth, then all surfaces of base are polished and prosthetic appliance is made with a new base on a functional imprint with volumetric design of its form, produced by working prosthetic appliance which is preliminary disconnected from a dental row. |
