摘要 FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: stamp has a first surface or a second surface which is the reverse form of the first surface, wherein the form of the first surface includes a plurality of first protruding areas, each having two-dimensional size less than 100 mcm but not less than 1 mcm, and a plurality of second protruding areas, each having two-dimensional size less than 500 nm but not less than 10 nm. The plurality of second protruding areas lies on the plurality of first protruding areas and between the plurality of the first protruding areas, and the surface elevation angle of the plurality of first protruding areas relative the surface of the film is approximately equal to or greater than 90. The method of making the stamp involves steps (a) for providing an aluminium base in which weight content of aluminium is equal to or less than 99.0%, which includes at least one element selected from a group comprising manganese, magnesium and iron; (b) partial anodic treatment of the aluminium base to form a layer of porous aluminium oxide, having a plurality of small depressed areas, and (c) bringing the layer of porous aluminium oxide into contact with an etching solution for aluminium oxide in order to increase the size of the plurality of small depressed areas of the layer of porous aluminium oxide. ^ EFFECT: disclosed antireflection film has higher antiglare action compared to conventional films.
