FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: shaft furnace consists of cylinder lining shaft, of loading and unloading devices, of box for kiln gas extraction, of gas pump connected with box of kiln gas by means of suction branch and with collector of kiln gas by means of pressure branch and of fan for supply of air into furnace. The furnace also contains a vortex pipe with an inlet at its "cold" end connected to the pressure branch of the gas pump and outlets at the "cold" end for withdrawal of "cold" flow of carbon dioxide gas and at a "hot" end connected to the pipeline of supply of air from the fan to the furnace. The vortex pipe is equipped with condensate collector with a device for draining condensed moisture and connected with its inlet to the outlet at the "cold" end of the vortex pipe, while with its outlet - with the collector of kiln gas. ^ EFFECT: production of saturation gas scrubbed form steam-like and fine dispersed moisture. ^ 1 dwg
