At the same time at least the flat section (8') of the grinding surface (8) of the rotor (6) is equipped with cutting ledges (18) in their most external grinding zone (17) in direction of the radius (R), besides, the angle () of there cutting ledges has the value that provides for filling cutting ledges. At the same time the angle () of the filling cutting ledges at least at the most external section of the most external grinding zone (17) of the flat section (8') is more than the angle () of the cutting ledges (15, 24) in the previous grinding zone (14, 24) in direction of the flat section (8') radius (R).
