A pulse-length modulator comprises first-type conductivity transistor, emitter of which is connected to power distribution bus through first resistor, collector – to anode of diode, through capacitor- to global bus, RS flip-flop, S input of which is connected to clock bus, direct output – to output bus, and second resistor. Second-type conductivity transistor, stabilitron tube, third resistor and bi- spin generator, outputs of substrate is connected to cathode of diode, output of closing contact – to R input of RS –trigger, ohm contact output – to bus of input pulsing voltage. |
