A method for determination of risk of development of Charge-Stross syndrome for patients with bronchial asthma and systemic vasculites with eosinophylic syndrome at which immunological researches are performed for determining amount of eosinophiles in peripheral blood, level of general IgE interleucine (IL)-2, IL-4, IL-5 and IL-10, amounts of T- and B-lymphocytes and their markers of activations, and also concentration of circulatory immune complexes, on the basis of statistical analysis and mathematical design the immunological predictors of risk of origin of Charge-Stross syndrome is determined. |
