WIDE -BAND HORN-TYPE RADIATOR

A wide-band horn-type radiator relates to radio engineering. The radiator comprises antenna aperture and a horn with combs, and a coaxial power line. The coaxial power line is adjacent the top of the horn and located in parallel and symmetrically to wide walls. In point of a contact of coaxial line external conductor and the top of the horn a slot is cut, which connects hollows of the coaxial power line and the horn. The section of the power coaxial line comprising the slot made as a dielectric bushing positioned on the internal conductor of the coaxial power line. The dielectric bushing is performed as a cut cone. The coaxial power line is terminated by a matched load. The technical result is improvement of matching characteristics of the wide-band horn-type radiator and coaxial power line within the frequency band with 10-times overlapping with keeping of previous overall sizes and compactness of radiator construction.
