METHOD FOR REFINEMENT OF METAL SMELT

A method for refinement of metal smelt comprises the passage of electric current through liquid metal, rotation of smelt in cylindrical channel by rotation magnet field, formed by inductor and additional coil, blowing up of dispersed refining gas in rotation flow of metal. The current strength in additional coil is set with its amperes-coils not exceeding half of amperes-coils of the inductor.
