SATURATOR FOR SUGAR INDUSTRY

A saturator for sugar industry is made in the form of a cylindrical housing with an expanded top part and a cone bottom. The saturator has pipes for supply of sugar solution to the top part of saturator and for removing of processed solution from the bottom part of saturator through an overflow box and pipes for supply of saturation gas to the cone part of saturator and its removing from above. Additionally the saturator is equipped with a mechanical stirring device which rotation axis lies on the level of juice removing in the saturator through the overflow box.
