A method for draining of postoperative wound at operations concerning goitre comprises the use of active draining. The compact two washing balls and two polychlorovinyl tubes with perforated opening are used, disposed on a short direct way in the gland lodge so that conditions are created for effective axsufflation in under- and over-muscle space.
