FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure for supply of lime slurry into limestone baking oven including case of rotating oven having internal space between first and second end wall consists in supply of lime slurry by means of supplying device into flow of kiln gas. The supplying device is positioned to facilitate introduction of lime slurry into a lifting pipe in the point located inside the case of the rotating oven or in direct vicinity to the case for preliminary treatment of lime slurry. The procedure also consists in separation of preliminary treated lime slurry from flow of kiln gas. Further, the procedure consists in supply of separated lime slurry into the limestone baking oven and in calcination of separated lime slurry in it. ^ EFFECT: raised wear resistance, elimination of lime slurry sticking to hot surfaces, reduced dimensions of oven at maintaining efficiency and improved repair ability. ^ 17 cl, 3 dwg |
