FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, can be used in surgical urology. That is ensured by A.P.Pogorelko's renal approach. Herewith, a segmented intestine is subduced medially. A lower pole of a pathologically movable kidney is found, and it is arranged in a physiological position. Then at a level of a lower pole, an abdominal peritoneum and a perirenal fascia is incised in an oblique and transverse way. The entire peritoneo-fascial leaf is dissected to a fibrous capsule of the kidney equal to diameter of the kidney. The kidney is inserted therein, and the fibrous capsule of the kidney is fixed to the peritoneum by separate interrupted catgut suture. The wound is closed completely without inserting drains. ^ EFFECT: method enables nephropexy from a pararectal or anteriorintermuscular approach without dissection of muscle fibres of a lumbar region and an anterior abdominal wall, eliminated pathological mobility of the kidney with providing reliable organ fixation in a physiological position, reduced injures of surrounding tissues and the same kidney, reduced time of a surgical intervention and probability of postoperative complications. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
