摘要 A method for making butter with filler provides for obtaining highly fat cream, normalizing thereof, heating honey, filtering thereof, adding the honey into the highly fat cream, cooling and thermomechanical treatment. According to the invention, the method includes additionally carrying out a homogenization stage after thermomechanical treatment, and it comprises dry pollen ground up to a particle size of 10 nm - 50 µm as filler. The pollen is preliminary dissolved in the honey at a temperature of the honey of 30-45 °C, with the following keeping of the solution at said temperature for 10-30 min., and then the obtained solution while homogenizing is added in an equivalent of an amount of 0.3-4.3 % of the pollen content in the ready butter.
