摘要 The invention relates to undersurface radiolocation. A stroboscopic method of signal registration consists in that a signal received by an antenna is supplied to input of a stroboscopic converter, where selection from the signal is performed in the preset time points. The average amplitude within a short time interval is saved in a storage device; amplitudes of the next selections are added thereto. The total value of analog voltage is transformed into digital form using AD converter and saved in array in digital form. During registration of a signal in the stroboscopic converter, length of selection is controlled, with help of which the transmission coefficient and width of operating frequency band of the stroboscopic converter are set. While receiving power wideband signals length of selection is decreased, operating frequency band is extended. For this purpose, noise level increases, the transmission coefficient of the stroboscopic converter decreases. With amplitude attenuation and spectrum contraction of received signals, length of selection is increased, reducing the bandwidth, decreasing noise level and increasing the transmission ratio of the stroboscopic converter. The invention provides registration both powerful ultra bandwidth signals reflected from near-surface objects and low-powered signals with lesser spectral width, reflected from objects deeply located.
