A self-actuated spring-screw mechanism is intended for automated gear boxes of motor cars, in particular as an elastic or free-wheel clutch. The mechanism has an inner shaft, outer bushing installed on the bearing on the inner shaft, a nut with lugs that is installed on the inner shaft by means of spline slip joint, springs and stopper rings. On the lugs of the nut bearings are installed, those are in contact with the screw surfaces of both directions in the body of the outer bushing. At the other end of the outer bushing ratchet teeth are provided, those are in engagement with the teeth of the ratchet ring that with possibility of slide is connected to the pinion of the drive stage. Between the ratchet ring and the pinion of the stage a supplementary spring is installed for provision of engagement of the ratchet teeth of the ratchet ring and the outer bushing. The mechanism design promotes decrease of long dimension and wear at operation. |
