<p>The insert has hollow connection parts (40), where each part receives an axle (10) of a fixing device of a sliding or marching board. Each connection part has an upper end for receiving support of the axle of the fixing device during an engaging phase. An interior stop (2) receives the axle in interlocked position. Distance between the upper end and the interior stop is less than or equal to 4 mm. The axle is elastically moved in a direction of gap from a stable rest position to permit engaging and release of sport shoe (30) by an elastic gap relative to the rest position. An independent claim is also included for a method for engaging a sport shoe on a sliding or marching board.</p> |
