The kit has a needle for injecting liquid, and an implantable chamber (18) placed under a skin of the patient and comprising a hollow base body (40) delimiting an interior volume (42) for receiving the liquid. A septum (44) is assembled on the base body to seal a main opening. A conduit (46) evacuates the liquid to outer side of the interior volume, where one of the septum and the needle includes an antimicrobial composition to interact with the other of the septum and the needle when the septum is pricked by the needle. The antimicrobial composition is selected from metallic salts, anti-septic and anti-biotic agents. The metallic salts are salts of silver, zinc, copper, cerium, zirconium, bismuth, platinum and/or gold. The anti-septic agent is composed of methylene blue, triclosan, eosin, povidone iodine, sodium hypochlorite and/or chlorhexidine. The anti-biotic agent is composed of rifampicin, ciprofloxacin, vancomycin, gentamicin, tobramycin, erythromycin, fucidin and/or tetracycline.
