The device has a shoe (1) mounted on a longitudinal frame (2) between wings whose rollers (4) are aligned. A compressible or extensible elastic part (8) is equipped with a gripping element (6) in its higher end. A lower end of the compressible or extensible elastic part exerts vertical force on an actuation, braking and adjusting unit to ensure gradual braking balanced on each roller. The gripping element rests on a reference guide. The rollers are assembled on an intermediate frame with a brake element (7).
