The device has a lighting switch knob (20) and a demister switch knob (60) arranged along an axial direction of a control lever (1), and a button returning unit comprised of a spring (73) and provided between a fixed end on the lever and the demister switch knob to return back the demister switch knob in a switch position. Holding of a slide (50) and the demister switch knob is released when the lighting switch knob is returned in the switch position from another switch position. The demister switch knob is returned to the former switch position by the spring of the rotation knob returning unit.
