The varying device has a valve variable control mechanism controlling geometrical volumetric ratio of a piston thermal engine that operates by repression of a part of gas admitted inside a cylinder of the piston thermal engine in an inlet tube to evacuate burned gases. An arm (6) is connected to a hydraulic rotary jack (1), where operation of the arm requires probes transmitting different parameters of the piston thermal engine. Multiple calculators or devices carry processing of the parameters of the piston thermal engine and servo systems.
